1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within one hour of placement, provided that production has not yet started.

• Once printing, design, or production begins, cancellation requests cannot be accepted, as each product is made specifically for you.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be approved only in the following situations:

• Printing defects or poor print quality

• Delivery of an incorrect product or size

Minor color variations, display differences, or designs approved by the customer before printing do not qualify for refunds.
We use advanced digital printing systems, but small differences may occur due to material or monitor settings.

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If you experience any issue with your printed order, please follow these steps:

Once we review your request, if your claim is valid, ZAG Signs will arrange a refund or reprint of the product at no additional cost.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• All refund and dispute decisions are made at the sole discretion of ZAG Signs management.
