At ZAG Signs, Kerala’s best printing shop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality custom printing products that meet your expectations. Since all products are personalized, we follow specific refund and cancellation guidelines.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within one hour of placement, provided that production has not yet started.

  • Once printing or production begins, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided only in the following cases:

  • Clear printing defects

  • Delivery of the wrong product

Please note: minor color variations, monitor display differences, or design approvals given by the client before printing do not qualify for refunds.


3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To request a refund or replacement:

  1. Email zagsigns@gmail.com

  2. Include your order number

  3. Attach photographs of the product

  4. Provide a brief description of the issue

After review, if the claim is valid, ZAG Signs will issue a refund or reprint the product.


4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • All refund and dispute resolutions are at the discretion of ZAG Signs management.
